My Order
Be Shipped?
Your order will be shipped in 5-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. You will receive a tracking number in your email once the items have been shipped. If you are in Stratford, items will be dropped off to your home by our team. Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
If your item has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier. The Chica Project is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods. We will ship all items to the given address during the checkout process. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, send us an email at info@thechicaproject.com.
How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping is free (for the most part). If you’re located in Perth County, Ontario, Canada shipping is free (it will be hand-delivered to the shipping address provided).
Shipping anywhere else in Canada is free and is shipped through Canada Post. International shipping is also free and is shipped through Canada Post.
If you would like XPress 2-day Canada Post Shipping, you can choose this option at checkout for $15.00.
What is Your Return Policy?
Due to the small nature of our business, we currently only offer exchanges for a different size in the exact same style and colour. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unworn, with tags on, and undamaged.

Is Your Apparel Ethically Sourced?
Yes! As a business that supports women and girls everywhere, we wanted to reflect that philosophy in our apparel. All items have been thoroughly vetted to ensure that sustainable environmental practices are used and that workers in garment factories are being paid equitable wages.
